The steel used is only the best quality European steel  (S250GD - galvanizing Z275 DOUBLE SIDE) according to EN-1014745. This type of steel has an elasticity limit of up to 25daN|mm, which allows the metal structure to be flexible and to withstand very well the climatic conditions in Europe, a fact proven by the hundreds of hectares of greenhouses installed throughout Europe and beyond.  

Aerodynamics​

The aerodynamics of the structures of the modular, multichapel greenhouses that we propose is the key element. It determines the temperature level and hygrometry obtained in the greenhouse.

​The  MULTICLAIR™ program benefits from the  DPS technology.​

•   DPS–ul is a complete portico (a bar), composed of a reinforced vault, directly connected to the pillars through a monobloc pillar head. -bb3b-136bad5cf58d_ vault mechanics are directly supported by the pole/telescopic leg assembly.

• ​Each extremity of the structure is reinforced by additional barriers.The St-André crosses allow the greenhouse assembly to be raised longitudinally.The facades are made up of 2 intermediate vertical posts (75mm x 45mm) and crossbars (55mm x 30mm) for rigidity and fixing the plastic sheet.

• ​The rafters, posts, ends are made of steel galvanized Z275: presenting the following advantages: extreme resistance to corrosion, a multiplication of the light diffusion effect inside the greenhouse

Inflatable double wall greenhouse covers:

•  Thermal advantage, the inflatable wall allows temperature gains as well in the cold period as in the warm period
  , thus reducing the effect of thermal stress on the crop;

•  The light advantage, the inflatable double wall favors light diffusion and has a PAR transmission coefficient
  (Active Radiation on Photosynthesis) similar to a glass greenhouse;

•  The mechanical advantage, the double wall, inflatable through the air buffer entered between the two foils allows to  reduce the effect of mechanical wear due to the wind and thus improve the longevity of the foil on the greenhouse .
