ABRICLAIR, NORDICLAIR and BATICLAIR, are made of light metal structures.

The steel usedin the the realization of warehouses on light metal structure that we propose to our customers,   it is European steel of the best quality, galvanized: S250GD double face Z275.

The metal structure of our warehouses, halls, shelters is 100% madein the factory ,starting from steel plates S250GD galvanized Z275 on both sides  , our machinesmaking the tubes in the factory . The weld is galvanized.

The structures correspond to the EN 13031.1 norm, and the steel used corresponds to the EN -10147 norm

 

Warehouses and shelters made of light metal structure, which are currently in usein the agriculture, but not only foras the construction fast of various storage halls  ,shelters equipment, warehouses for vegetables and fruits, grain warehouses, warehousesdifferently raw materials, straw warehouses,shelters temporaries that canreplace tents, haystacks, etc. are the fastest and most economical solution on the market.

Through the multitude of sizes available, we can create a very varied range of sizes, which can cover 100% the needs of almost any field of activity.

Halle,deposit  and our shelters , are quickly assembled, are removable and reusable inmeasure in the that it is necessary to dismantle them and move them to another location.

The covering materials are different, depending on the use of the shelter: 

• foil SBE 250 microns green, beige, conforms to EN 13206 Class E 

• Cellobati film 450 microns 

• PES tarpaulins | Green or gray PVC (truck) of different thicknesses.

• green sandwich panels | beige  40mm thickness 

•  mineral wool for agricultural use, 80mm thick, installed inNTR one or more riversndures, thus ensuring a lower or higher degree of insulation,in the needs function 

• galvanized corrugated sheet | painted or notin the green

The standard widths and heights of the structures allow the creation of different types of warehouses, depending on the needs.

Available widths: 6m, 6.40m, 7m, 8m, 8.50m, 9.30m, 9.40m, 9.60m, 10.30m, 12.00m, 12.80m 

Maximum height: approximately 8m at the Everest structure 12.80m | 6m to streasin 

Minimum height: 2.74m at the tunnel structure 6m wide
