In this category of products we have included a range of hot air generators that work on biomass (wood, plant residues, etc.) and that can be used both in the agricultural field for heating greenhouses, solariums, of poultry farms or maternity areas in animal farms, dairies as well as in other fields of activity such as industrial halls, warehouses, laundries, factories, gyms, shops, etc.

GENERAL DESCRIPTION
Hot air generators that work on solid fuel are made of different materials, depending on the models

the combustion chamber of the hot air generator is made of INOX steel reinforced with ribs;

the fuel loading doors in the hot air generator located at the front of the appliance are made of vinegar and are lined with refractory material. The wood fuel is fed through the main feed door and the resulting ash is removed through another door located at the bottom.

the lower door of the hot air generator is equipped with a shutter to regulate the draft of the combustion chamber;
-
fuel loading in the hot air generator is done through the upper door, which is equipped with a handle;

the smoke outlet of the combustion chamber is connected to the heat exchanger located above;

the heat exchanger consists of a series of tubes that descend from the rear and connect to the draft which is controlled by an external motor (except LF85SV);

the control panel is equipped with a switch for starting the draft motor and starting the fans that blow hot air;

Each hot air generator model is equipped with a main high-power fan for hot air dispersion, which is automatically activated by the hot air generator control panel. The fan automatically stops at the end of the combustion cycle

Some models are available with natural draft, while other models have additional fans installed for forced draft;
The hot air generators are designed to be very efficient. Compared to other products on the market, the biomass consumption is much lower, and the thermal efficiency of the devices is high, which results in the heating of the space quickly, at a low price due to the economy of fuel.

Having the combustion chamber and the exchanger made of 100% INOX, the hot air generators in this range work with plant residues, wood or coal, the fuel being loaded manually through the door in front of the device.
